I desperately need those scrollbar arrows to do finesse nudging on pages, images, etc. Graphic designer here, and I upgraded only to take advantage of iCloud. Nevermind that I have spent thousands on external drives and have tons of software that is still on disk that I don’t feel like paying for again! Now I have to cough it up for an external bus to attach my peripherals that are barely a few years old. Just had to get a new laptop, to the tune of nearly $2k– no disk drive and no ports that I actually need. If I didn’t have to use Apples for work and freelance work, I’d switch in a heartbeat. Now you have to hit the option key to even have it show up under the Go menu. I can find them, but why should I have to? They were just fine where they were before. I absolutely hate having to search for extra basic functions that have been there for years on Macs, which suddenly some jackass designer thinks don’t need to be there because one or two casual users are happy to just swipe all over the place.Īs a video editor who uses photoshop and all kinds of creative applications on a daily basis, not having the scroll bars and arrows was a giant pain, as was hiding the Library for users.
